At ResinWarfare we try to meet the needs of any of our customers wherever they are. This, with digital products is simple, but with physical products it can be more problematic depending on the country of destination. All our products are shipped from Spain to the rest of the world.
All orders placed with us have a preparation time that is variable depending on the volume of the order and the requirements of each product. We have some products in stock and others need to be produced (such as miniatures, for example). Be that as it may, once the order has been sent and during the steps leading up to the shipment, we will notify you of what is happening.
All our shipments are associated with a tracking number that we will attach to your order once it is shipped. Once it is in the hands of the transport services, we cannot control the time it takes for the deliveries to be made, but we can tell you that for national shipments (in Spain) they are around 2-3 days, for the European area they can vary between 4 -7 days and outside of Europe it usually takes between 10 and 14 days. These times are not fixed, they can vary and can be altered based on unforeseen events such as customs inspections or transport incidents. Be that as it may, we will do everything in our power to support you through the process until the package reaches you.
We have divided the destination places by zones that you can find in the table below. In addition, under the table you have a list of the countries that correspond to the Eurozone and Other Countries:

Our system has an internal scale by which we estimate the volume and weight of your order to best adjust shipping costs and prevent you from paying unnecessary costs. In this way, if your order contains light products and does not exceed certain volume and weight thresholds, you can benefit from Light shipping. For larger and heavier orders there is the Bulky profile. Still, in our experience, most of the orders we usually fulfill are in the type General

We accept returns as long as a series of conditions are met. Once the receipt of the package has been confirmed by the client, if something is wrong, incorrect or in poor condition at the factory, the client must contact us in order to manage the incident. We cannot control how the carriers manage the merchandise, we try to do everything possible to send it very well protected, but even with that, sometimes a damaged package can arrive, for this reason we are not responsible for damages caused during transport. Even so, if that happens, contact us anyway and we will find a satisfactory solution to your incident.
The process to make the return is something that can vary significantly from one case to another, so we recommend that in any case you contact us to see the most acceptable option for everyone. Even so, we must emphasize that there are some products in which we cannot make returns due to their nature, as they are pieces that are personalized or made to order, such as Trays to throw dice with a specific laser engraving, designs in some combat, custom game tokens... etc.
